Can I join at any time?

Yes! Jump right in with us! No need to wait for a new week, month, or the "perfect time".

What happens once I purchase a membership?

You will gain instant access to the membership site which you will login to through our main site by selecting the "login" tab. From there, you can start by viewing the "Start Here" tab which will walk you through the membership area.

What does the workout schedule look like?

New daily workouts are posted 6 days a week. These workouts are completed in 30 minutes or less and focus on progressive overload and body recomposition. We will focus on all aspects of fitness. These workouts are quick but EFFECTIVE.

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Back

Wednesday: Shoulders

Thursday: Glutes

Friday: Arms

Saturday: Core/Abs

Do I have to do the workouts at a certain time?

All workouts are prerecorded and posted to the Member Access Only site each day at midnight. They stay up throughout the week so you can go back to redo or make up any workout!

What equipment do I need?

SheStrong Collective workouts require limited equipment and can be performed in the comfort of your own home in 30 minutes or less. All you need is a set of dumbbells*, a set of loop resistance bands, and a can do attitude.

*10-20 lb dumbbells are typically adequate depending on strength, however a range of weight can be helpful to get optimal benefits.

What if I'm new to fitness?

Starting a new fitness journey can be daunting, but with SSC, you'll be in good company. Our diverse membership covers all fitness levels, and every workout comes with a demo video showcasing every movement and offering helpful modifications. Our members find these modifications to be incredibly useful, and we encourage you to utilize them, too. Remember, the only person you're competing against is yourself, so take it at your own pace and let's improve together!

How do I access the workouts after signing up?

After signing up, members will immediately have access to the Member Access Only site. This is where you will access workouts and other content exclusively provided to SheStrong Collective members.

Do I have to use Facebook to access the workouts?

No! However, we strongly encourage female members who do use Facebook to join the Private Facebook Group so they can see everything our amazing community has to offer!

What nutrition help is available?

As part of your membership, you'll have access to "The Nourished Blueprint" ebook and course hosted by Dakota that breaks down nutrition in an easy-to-understand way and guides you through calculating your calories and macros, as well as a plating method to nutrition to help you truly make good nutrition a lifestyle. Gain inspiration from our regularly updated recipe tab, filled with fresh and healthy options. And, discover healthier choices for some of your favorite meals with our "healthy swaps" section. 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Members can cancel their membership at any time. Once a cancellation is received, members will lose access to the Member Access Only site at the end of their billing period. There are no refunds.
